THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RIGHT LEADER AND A WRONG LEADER

The masses who follow a leader bent on making a change for the better will eventually live better lives.

Unfortunately for Malaysia, it put its trust in the wrong man, Mahathir Kutty, to make the change for the better. Malayans put their trust in the right man, Tunku Abdul Rahman, and he led the country to independence. Do you see the contrast?

Malaysia needs a real leader who will put the country first and foremost. And he is not among the present crop of politicians right now. He will make his appearance when the masses have been honed to accept true leadership.

PLAIN COMMON SENSE

Most businesses around the world are shutting down because of the raging pandemic and not because of the business leaders who want to abandon their people.

Leaders in business and industry are just using their plain common sense by reducing costs and by getting rid of excess baggage.

As such, they are not obligated to retain employees when they don’t even know what the future holds for businesses in particular.

TOO MANY PEOPLE WITH ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

It is happening around the world.

Too many people who possess academic qualifications from universities may not have the right knowledge, attitude and skills to perform a job function.

Therefore, the new initiative is to get the right person for the job from the very beginning. Not many graduates fit the bill these days.

For many decades, every Tom, Dick and Harry or Jill, Jane and Joan could enrol into universities and obtain qualifications in their respective disciplines.

Perhaps, governments may impose more stringent entry requirements for those who intend to pursue academic qualifications in universities.

Blame it on the pandemic.

CAN MOTIVATION ALONE TAKE ONE VERY FAR?

Motivation can be a real dampener when one cannot see the results after a period of time. Therefore, one must be really unique to take advantage of all the survival skills available on the Internet and make it in the real world.

It works for some very unique people and not for all.

With the current soaring unemployment rate in Malaysia, let us watch if ALL of them can take advantage of all the survival skills available on the Internet.

INTELLIGENT LEADERS

By the end of the fourth quarter of 2020, the number of unemployed Malaysians is 760,000.

More businesses are shutting down, making Malaysians lose their jobs.

When Malaysians lose their jobs, it is tantamount to their losing their heads as well because they have to provide for the other members of the family.

For that reason, organisations and countries must be led by people who are intelligent.

HOME-SCHOOLING AND ONLINE LEARNING

For the last three or four decades, schools have ceased to be the places where our young could obtain knowledge for their adult lives.

Schools have degenerated into places where incompetents gather to do nothing and produce nothing worthwhile.

Hence, the Covid-19 pandemic has laid bare the uselessness of having teachers in schools to teach our young in the present age.

With home-schooling and online learning, a student gets the proper attention when it comes to education ON CONDITION THAT the educators are competent in what they do.

COVID-19: WHY IS GOD KILLING HIS CHILDREN?

During a crisis, many falsehoods are exposed. One of those falsehoods is religion and its relevance for mankind in the 21st century.

The advent of religions was the beginning of mankind’s fall. Religions have failed to unite mankind and they have never provided lasting peace to all of their disciples.

Instead, mankind needs a true saviour in the form of the Universe and Universal Energies.
