I’m not a psychologist but I can certainly say that to a certain extent I agree to the contention which says that confidence is in the mind. What really makes one truly confident in oneself is also the knowledge in the subject matter that one possesses to shine in a career. Experience further reinforces how the subject matter can be improvised to enhance the individual’s performance in a vocation. All these will lead to confidence in the individual to take on bigger and challenging tasks that lie ahead.
Many ordinary people can “translate” visions into reality in their daily lives. There is no doubt about that. On a larger scale, only those who are born leaders head organisations or countries. Only they are capable of “translating” visions into reality on a macro scale in their respective vocations. Period.
